I strengthened clarity, engagement, and consistency across internal communications to better connect teams organization-wide.
During my internship with the Business Transformation team, I contributed to initiatives that strengthened internal communication and supported organizational change. This experience not only refined my communication and presentation skills but also allowed me to contribute meaningfully to projects that support the consistency and quality of ASE's media experiences at scale. While the specifics of my work are under NDA, my main contributions involved:
Managing organization-wide communication channels, including All Hands meetings, newsletters, announcements, Slack channels, and web presence
Producing, scripting, and editing internal videos to deliver clear and engaging company messages
Designing narratives, presentations, and visual graphics in PowerPoint to ensure impactful communication
Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop speeches, scripts, and video posts aligned with Oracle’s brand and values
This role allowed me to refine my communication and technical skills while supporting the success of Oracle’s business transformation efforts.
